About the Role

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team at Cluaran Care, working in Falkirk communities. If you have a passion for caring and supporting vulnerable adults, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes and community.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including housework, medication management, and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current PVG membership or willingness to join the scheme.
  • SSSC membership or willingness to join the scheme.
  • Can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
