Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education in Salisbury. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people within our care.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people, helping them to reach their full potential and develop the skills they need for a successful future. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all aspects of daily life within our home are met, including supporting young people with morning routines, hobbies, and social activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce
  • Recent experience working in a children's residential care setting as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker
  • A valid UK driving licence
