Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Byron House Care Home in Aylesbury. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  • Good written communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic.
