About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Hampden Hall Care Centre in Aylesbury. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for residents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
About You:
We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will have a recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse, valid and current NMC registration, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and resident-centered care.
