Location: Hampden Hall Care Centre, Aylesbury

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Hampden Hall Care Centre. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
