Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Byron House Care Home in Aylesbury, Bucks.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
  • Collaborate with medical, social, and other care professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Work in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.
About You:
  • Hold a recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Be registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN.
  • Possess good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Exhibit a compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
