Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services team in Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing winning strategies, and engaging with clients to position our solutions and capabilities in the areas of cloud infrastructure, security, and next-generation SRE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the cloud infrastructure and security services space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and positioning our solutions to address those needs.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and provide thought leadership to clients.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT services business development and sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security services, and next-generation SRE operations, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
