Charity Community Fundraiser

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Charity Community Fundraiser to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Mid Kent.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing fundraising strategies, with a focus on individual giving. They will be responsible for collaborating with the Director of Fundraising to create a long-term strategy for individual giving, aimed at expanding our donor base and generating significant revenue for the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to increase individual giving income streams.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Fundraising to reforecast income and expenses, and suggest improvements for better performance.
  • Implement segmentation to ensure supporters receive relevant and appropriate communications.
  • Produce supporter-focused content and products to enhance reach and engagement across numerous campaigns and programs.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build relationships and rally support for meaningful causes.
  • Create and report performance metrics and KPIs for donor acquisition, as well as conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in charity fundraising, preferably in individual giving.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
