We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and assisting individuals with daily living tasks and activities
- Providing physical and emotional support to individuals

- Providing support with personal care and health-related tasks
- Fostering positive relationships with individuals, their families, and colleagues
