Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Helpline Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our EAP and OH provision, you will provide critical support and guidance to employers and their employees across various sectors. Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert telephone counselling services to callers from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support and referrals for clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required

Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Counselling or a related field (e.g., CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy)
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an EAP or OH setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
