About the Role

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our client, a fast-paced and high-growth business. As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading the HR operations team and driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR operations team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and administrative changes.
  • Oversee and develop the operations team to ensure employee records are well maintained and controls checks and measures are in place to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop, create, and implement HR policies, template letters, manager guides, contracts of employment, and other associated HR templates.
  • Act as an advisor to the business, providing guidance on terms and conditions, company policies, and encouraging self-service via the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with business partners, L&D team, and HRIS team to ensure an excellent employee experience, development needs are met, and continuous improvement and automation are driven.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading an operational HR team in a fast-paced, busy organisation.
  • Passionate about people management and development.
  • Solutions-oriented, curious, and love delivering value-added project work that will improve SLAs, the employee experience, and drive efficiency.
