Job Summary:

Frazer Jones is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading our HR operations team and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, innovative business and make a real impact on the employee experience. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 and overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business partners, L&D team, and HRIS team to drive continuous improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement a ticketed service desk to improve employee experience and drive efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on terms and conditions, company policies, and HR best practices to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience leading an operational HR team in a fast-paced, busy organization. You should be passionate about people management and development, solutions-oriented, and curious about delivering value-added project work.
