About the Role


As a Product Management Strategist at Arch Capital Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our products and services. You will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement effective product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop product roadmaps that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable features and user stories, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute business cases to quantify the value of new products and features, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to plan releases and ensure timely delivery of products, meeting quality and budget expectations.
  • Engage with business partners to develop and execute action plans to address gaps and areas for improvement.
  • RUN product management ceremonies, such as Key Stakeholder Meetings, Backlog Refinement Events, and Sprint Reviews, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Assist with preparation of business cases (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application.
  • Creation of request for proposals for Capital; where applicable.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location


This role is based in New York City, with the opportunity to work remotely one day a week.
