Product Strategist Role

The Product Strategist at Victoria Beckham is a critical member of the merchandising team, responsible for defining and implementing product and assortment strategies across all collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training/Showroom

  • DTC Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the DTC team on exclusive items and seasonal capsules.
    • Support retail teams in buying decisions.

    • Oversee visual merchandising during key handovers and events.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in luxury fashion product-focused merchandising.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and numeracy.
  • Commercial and fashion acumen, with knowledge of the competitive luxury fashion landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, autonomy, and an ability to suggest calculated risks confidently.
  • Efficient, passionate about products, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.

This role is critical in ensuring that collections are well-aligned with market needs, brand identity, and seasonal targets, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the brand's market position.
