Job Title: Senior Social Work Practitioner - Residential

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our residential team in Staffordshire. As the practitioner, you will provide social work support to individuals and families in a home setting and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

About the Team:

We are a growing organization that supports over 100 service users across various services. We aim to provide quality care and achieve good outcomes for our young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide social work support to individuals and families in a home setting.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management for the home.
  • Coordinate and oversee home care services for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Coordinate and monitor resident activities and programs.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Manager or Senior RSW.
  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
  • An enhanced DBS check and drive with access to your own car.
Benefits:

This permanent role offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for development, training, and mentorship to help you grow in your career.
