Autism Specialist Practitioner

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Specialist Nurse Practitioner to contribute to the assessment and management of children and young people within our Autism Service. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and maintain professional relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring a supportive and caring environment.
- Utilize your knowledge of ASC Assessment to inform decision-making and delivery of care.
- Foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, promoting cohesive care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NICE guidelines and best practices, applying this expertise to ensure optimal care for children and young people.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting the trust's commitment to attracting top talent. This figure may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
