This is an excellent opportunity for a senior leader with a passion for transformation and strategy to make a real impact on the lives of patients and staff. You will work closely with our Executive Team to develop and implement our Corporate Strategy and Clinical Strategy, driving forward our ambitious transformation programme.
As a respected expert in your field, you will be responsible for leading service development and redesign initiatives, working collaboratively with clinicians and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and improved outcomes. Your ability to drive change and manage complex programmes will be essential in this role.
You will be based at our County Hall office in Norwich, but will also travel to our Trust sites across Norfolk and Suffolk as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong commitment to staff development and well-being.
The salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
