Deputy Director of Healthcare Transformation

The successful candidate will have a strong background in service development, programme management, and change management. They will be responsible for leading the transformation agenda, developing and implementing strategies to improve healthcare services. This role requires excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
">As a key member of the Clinical Transformation Directorate, you will contribute to shaping the methodology and approach to service development and transformation. You will also develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including clinicians, managers, and stakeholders.

**What We Offer:**
