Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious leader to contribute towards the strategic direction of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, making lasting improvements for our patients, colleagues, organisation and local system.

The Director of Transformation will lead the clinical transformation team to support delivery of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust's transformation programme.

The postholder will work with senior colleagues to develop a clear strategic approach, narrative and communications for the overarching transformation agenda.

They will work with members of the Executive Team, contributing to the development of the Trust Corporate Strategy and Clinical Strategy, whilst driving the Trust's stakeholder engagement strategy and plans for the transformation programme, developing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
