Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and ability to handle large amounts of cash and currency.
  • IT proficient, with basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems.
  • Great communicator, with ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with drive and vision to make a difference and deliver exceptional results.
