We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Frontline Advisor to join our team at The YOU Trust LTD. As a Frontline Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing advice and support to individuals in need, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
About the RoleThe Frontline Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and support. This will involve:
- Providing expert advice on debt, welfare benefits, housing, and employment
- Building trusting relationships with clients and understanding their individual circumstances
- Delivering effective solutions to help clients overcome their challenges
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless support for clients
