Job Type: Permanent/Part Time

Hours per week: 28

Salary: £12.50 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday

About the Role:

As a Tesco Travel Money Advisor, you will be part of the Travelex team, working in a bustling retail environment to support customers with their foreign exchange needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Providing expert advice on Travelex products and services
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering on key performance goals
  • Utilizing your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Numerical proficiency for handling large amounts of cash and currency
  • IT proficiency for using in-house till systems and ordering systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact

Interview Process:

The interview process consists of four stages:

  1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers
  2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a numerical and accuracy test
  3. Bureau visit to meet with the Bureau Manager and see the working environment
  4. Offer to join Travelex as a Travel Service Partner
