Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at The Ridings in Banbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with daily tasks and activities
  • Building strong relationships with our residents and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
