As a Public Health Specialist in Education, you will play a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of school-aged children and their families in Merton. With a strong focus on leadership and safeguarding, you will be responsible for delivering core and targeted health input through the Healthy Child Programme.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative practitioner to join our forward-thinking School Nursing team in Central London Community Healthcare. The successful candidate will have current UK NMC registration as a Registered Nurse and a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) Qualification in School Nursing.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive induction programme, flexible working options, and opportunities for training and development.

In addition to your clinical skills and knowledge, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a public health focus, and flexibility in managing your caseload. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide high-quality care to our patients.
