Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our oncology chemistry portfolio. As the Head of Cancer Research and Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire research and development process, from project initiation to launch.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for the oncology chemistry portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects through the pipeline
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements
- Ph.D. in chemistry or related field
- 10+ years of experience in drug development, preferably in oncology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
