Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the UK Skynet Service Delivery program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all activities related to the successful delivery of major satellite and terrestrial communication network services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to address complex problems.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure service delivery and program success.
  • Participate in negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • University degree in a STEM or business field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project or program management.
  • UK citizenship and ability to obtain a UK Government security clearance.
  • Extensive experience leading complex programs and projects with cross-functional and matrixed resources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning projects, solving problems, controlling change, managing risks and resources, and anticipating potential impacts.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of satellite, telecommunications, or other technology services.
