Dementia Support Services Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse or experienced Social Care Manager qualification
- An emphasis on Dementia care
- A Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working in a Care Home with older people living with dementia or providing community support services to individuals living with dementia and their families
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions. We also provide a range of optional benefits and discounts.
