Royal British Legion Trading Ltd seeks a highly skilled Care Home Manager Dementia Expertise to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals living with dementia.

About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position offers the opportunity to work closely with our staff teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to empower them to provide high-quality, person-centred care that prioritises individual needs and aspirations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards, focusing on the positive wellbeing of individuals living with dementia and enabling them to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of safe and effective care within regulatory frameworks, including the Care Act 2014 and CQC requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals living with dementia.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or experienced Social Care Manager with a focus on Dementia care.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience working in a Care Home with older adults living with dementia or providing community support services to individuals with dementia and their families.
