Care Manager Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Dementia Manager, who will spearhead staff training initiatives focused on risk assessment and informed decision-making strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff teams to enhance their understanding of dementia-related risk management and informed decision-making practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver safe, therapeutic, and person-centered care approaches that prioritize the needs and preferences of individuals with dementia.
- Promote a culture of empathy, understanding, and inclusivity within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to provide exceptional support to individuals with dementia.
- Proven experience in dementia management, with a strong background in staff training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of dementia-related risks and challenges, as well as informed decision-making strategies.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards and reflecting the responsibilities and requirements outlined above.
