As a Risk Management and Decision Making Specialist at Royal British Legion Trading Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the positive wellbeing of beneficiaries living with dementia. You will work closely with the staff team to deliver safe, therapeutically effective, and person-centred care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse or experienced Social Care Manager with an emphasis on Dementia care, qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. They will have experience of working in a Care Home with older people living with dementia or providing community support services to individuals living with dementia and their families.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions.
