About the Role

As a Dementia Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals living with dementia. You will work closely with the staff team to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and current CQC regulatory requirements. Your role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the wellbeing of our beneficiaries and ensuring that all care and support services are delivered safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to provide leadership and direction to the team
* Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and current CQC regulatory requirements
* Provide expert guidance and training to staff on dementia care and management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Registered Nurse or Social Care qualification with a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Significant experience of working in a Care Home setting with older people living with dementia or providing community support services to individuals living with dementia and their families
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, beneficiaries, and stakeholders

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
