We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at one of our Children\u0027s Homes in the Norfolk region.

About the Role:
  • Salary: \u00a330,000 to \u00a333,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 2 week rolling rota.
  • Role: Deputy Manager for a Children\u0027s Home.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

You will have a strong background in children\u0027s services, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
