Job Title: Senior Public Health Intelligence Lead

The Swansea Bay University Health Board requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of the Public Health Team function.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative approaches to meet data and analysis needs in support of improved population health outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with the Interim Executive Director of Public Health to provide advice on public health issues and initiatives.
  3. Lead the implementation of effective strategies for improving population health outcomes through data and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Masters level education in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Relevant advanced management or professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Public Health intelligence.
  • Good understanding of Public Health Policy and practice.
  • Understanding of NHS cultures, structures and policies.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours worked per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including £75,405 - £86,885 per annum pro rata.
