We are seeking a seasoned HSE Leadership Professional to join our team at CV Library. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, with excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HSE Leadership:
    • Provide inspirational leadership to staff on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.
    • Drive strategic health and safety directions to support business objectives and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate hazards and promote a culture of safety.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Monitor and report on HSE KPIs to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development:
    • Design and deliver engaging HSE training programs to upskill employees and promote a culture of safety.
    • Oversee HSE documentation and ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for audits.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in a similar HSE management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose practical solutions.
