Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex planning applications and appeals.
- Provide planning advice and direction to clients across multiple sectors.
- Conduct detailed site appraisals, policy reviews, and feasibility assessments.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the planning team.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Significant experience as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
- In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation, regulations, and policy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and deliver on time.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
