Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Project Lead to join our team in Staffordshire, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading private planning consultancy that prides itself on delivering high-quality planning solutions tailored to clients' needs.

About the Role
This role will involve leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. You will provide expert advice on planning policies, applications, and appeals, as well as liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to build strong working relationships.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field and be a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Proven experience in delivering planning projects within a consultancy environment is essential, as well as strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
