Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Arden Resourcing. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage and develop the ServiceNow platform
  • Drive business requirements and take an active role with stakeholders, understanding business context and how to translate functional and technical requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution
  • Own the development pipeline and release cycle for all developments and upgrades leading multiple streams of technical design and delivery
  • Develop knowledge of the systems and technologies deployed within the company and embed that knowledge in ServiceNow to assist the 1st Line support teams
  • Follow IT security and risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and ensure exposure is minimal. Escalate any IT risks to the Application Support Manager and Information Security Manager

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, etc.
  • Experience with web technologies XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc
  • ServiceNow qualifications are advantageous, as is ITIL Certification
