Senior Documentation Specialist

Cer Financial Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Documentation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Legal & Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documentation related to financial products.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documentation: You will be responsible for creating and reviewing various types of contracts, including master trading agreements, guarantees, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, IT and service level agreements, and data licence agreements.
- Formal Letters and Documentation: You will draft formal letters to clients and counterparties, as well as legal documentation related to the administration of the company.
- Policy and Procedure Development: You will design and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Query Response and Project Work: You will respond to internal and external queries related to legal documentation and participate in general project work, including regulatory change projects and new product development.
- Liaison and Communication: You will liaise with our parent company in Tokyo and overseas subsidiaries on legal documentation and communicate effectively with staff and external customers.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on drafting legal documentation related to financial products.
- Financial Services Experience: Financial services experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent legal drafting and writing skills, strong attention to detail, ability to think logically, and passion for documentation and legal drafting work.
- Education: A good general education, ideally a law graduate with a 2:1.
- Language Skills: Language skills would be advantageous, but not essential.
