Senior Credit Documentation and Onboarding Specialist

Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Documentation and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational setup, queue management, and maintenance of external counterparties related to bilateral trading agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective trading documentation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage multiple queues of work, prioritizing tasks to meet the criteria set by the Onboarding Prioritisation Group and client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to emails and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Asset Transitions and Northern Trust Collateral, to ensure trading documentation needs are met.
- Design, implement, and monitor processes to improve, modernize, and digitalize the work performed by the team.
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably with trading documentation expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to think logically.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work systematically, meet and maintain standards, and adhere to robust controls and procedures.
- Proactive, self-supportive, and motivated individual with a positive attitude towards change and modernization.
