Senior Credit Documentation Specialist

Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Documentation and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all queries are answered promptly and in full, and that all CDO processes are followed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a central source of knowledge for Trading documentation and respond to client and internal queries
- Work closely with the Asset Transitions Team to ensure the trading documentation needs of clients are met
- Liaise with NT/FX Admin/Front Office Support regarding operational setup parameters and ensure the progress of complete and accurate set up of trading counterparties across our IT architecture
- Manage external relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Manage internal relationships in Insight and ensure the needs of the Onboarding Prioritisation Group are fully met
- Work closely with line manager to ensure the CDO objectives are met
- Design, implement and monitor processes to improve, modernise and digitalise the work this team performs
- Financial services experience preferably with experience with trading documentation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stakeholder management experience
- Working systematically to meet and maintain standards, adhering to robust controls and procedures
- Proactive, self-supportive and motivated in the development of a strong Risk management culture
- Proven ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills
- A methodical and logical approach to work
- First class interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
