Senior Credit Documentation and Onboarding Specialist

Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Documentation and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational setup, queue management, and maintenance of external counterparties related to bilateral trading agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective trading documentation processes to ensure fund launches are properly set up
- Manage multiple queues of work to meet the priorities of the Onboarding Prioritisation Group and clients, escalating and managing expectations throughout the process
- Provide timely and accurate responses to a high-volume inbox, ensuring all emails are addressed within Service Level Agreements
- Ensure all queries are answered promptly and thoroughly, maintaining a central source of knowledge for Trading documentation
- Collaborate with the Asset Transitions Team to ensure trading documentation needs of clients are met
- Liaise with Northern Trust Collateral teams to ensure accurate and timely setup of trading counterparties
- Manage external relationships with banks and other external parties
- Develop and maintain internal relationships within Insight
- Work closely with the Onboarding Prioritisation Group to ensure their needs are met
- Design, implement, and monitor processes to improve, modernise, and digitalise the work performed by the team
- Financial services experience, preferably with experience in trading documentation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work systematically to meet and maintain standards, adhering to robust controls and procedures
- Good analytical skills, capable of thinking logically and resolving complex operational problems
- Proactive, self-supportive, and motivated in the development of a strong Risk management culture
- Proven ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills
