Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of training, learning and development solutions. Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles. They will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating engaging course materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Create engaging course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training solutions and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our training solutions are relevant and effective.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
