Trainer and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training programs across Wales.
About the Role
- Deliver and Organize Training: Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet the needs of our learners.
- Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including learners, line managers, and employers.
- Meet Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with awarding organizations, Welsh Government, Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS standards.
Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles, with a focus on training delivery.
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold a recognized Project Management qualification (APM PMQ/Prince 2/Agile etc).
- Training and Assessment Experience: Proven track record of developing training materials and delivering workshop-style training to groups.
- Assessor or Equivalent: Possess a qualified assessor status or be willing to work towards this qualification.
- Valid Driving License: Hold a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
- Right to Work in the UK: Meet the requirements for working in the UK.
- Good Education: Possess a good standard of education: GCSE (or equivalent) English & Math.
