Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) seeks a skilled Regional Care Home Trainer to join their team in Wales.

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 per annum, which includes a £35,000 base salary and a £5,000 car allowance. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including a pension scheme, training opportunities, and access to an online GP.

As a Regional Care Home Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality health and social care training to care and nursing homes across the southwest region of Wales, covering locations in Cardiff, Swansea, and Glamorgan.

You will need to travel frequently to various sites, transporting training materials and equipment, and organize workshops and training/coaching sessions to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders and staff.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a relevant training qualification, such as PTTLS or CTP, and at least an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent. Additionally, you should have prior experience working in residential care, nursing homes, community care, and related fields.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in training and development, particularly in the care and healthcare industries.
