Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Argon Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
