As a key member of our Vice-Chancellor's Group, you will play a critical role in enhancing and delivering services that support the student journey from application to graduation.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and optimizing student-focused services, providing strategic leadership to academic services, and setting and monitoring performance indicators related to admissions, retention, and student satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for driving service improvement through automation and digital solutions, overseeing student wellbeing, and managing the student lifecycle.

If you have a proven track record of academic service delivery and strategic leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and manage complex projects, we encourage you to apply.
