Adult Support and Enablement Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team in supporting adults with learning disabilities across England.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, enhancing their daily living skills and promoting independence. You will work closely with the management team to supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring new staff are properly inducted and that compliance and organization policies are adhered to.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,000 - £32,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive total reward package, including 29 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including document production and email usage
