We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team in Dover. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an adult male with an acquired spinal injury to live a fully functioning life.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assistance with mobility, and supporting the client to access activities they enjoy outdoors, such as fishing and boating. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, and able to fit in with the client's lifestyle.

About the Role

This is a support and reablement role that requires 6+ months of experience in care. You will need to have a valid driving license and be able to assist with catheter care as needed. The successful candidate will be prepared to work independently and as part of a team, using their skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the client's life.
