Role Purpose
The Private Client Specialist will play a key role in supporting our clients with their estate planning needs. This will involve:
- Reviewing existing estate planning documentation to ensure it meets our clients' evolving needs.
- Preparing and advising on wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
- Providing expert advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and other relevant areas.
- Assisting with the implementation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and other related matters.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with our private client team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Providing supervision and support to junior team members.
- Efficiently managing administration, billing, and cost recovery.
- Contributing to the implementation of our departmental and firm-wide business plans.
Person Specification
