Role Purpose
As a Private Client Specialist, you will review existing estate planning documentation, advise on the suitability of lifetime trusts and will structures, and prepare all types of wills, including those to absorb qualifying business assets and agricultural assets. You will also have an extensive understanding of inheritance tax and capital gains tax in the context of individuals and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of our wider private client team, supporting clients on all aspects of wealth work. You will provide supervision and support to junior team members, contribute to bi-monthly file reviews, and assist in implementing the departmental business plan and the firm's business plan.
